Measuring to Proper Depth for New Brick Pavers After Excavation

Watch how a four-year-old stamped concrete driveway with major surface damage is transformed into a beautiful brick paved driveway.

The process involves
1) Demolish existing concrete and haul away,
2) Excavate to proper depth, 3) Compact subsoil,
4) Add gravel layers and compact to support brick pavers,
5) Add final grade gravel and bedding sand,
6) Lay brick pavers to pattern using colorblend selection; scribe and cut brick pavers to desired shapes,
7) Install edge restraints and spikes to keep brick paved driveway intact,
8) Sweep sand over joints; final compact and leverl brick pavers,
9) Backfill soil and provide total cleanup for spotless brick paved driveway.
